Tony Carlon is a contemporary artist, working in Bellingen, Mid North Coast NSW. His work comprises of three mediums; painting, sculpting and 'bush art'. After a successful professional career as a Designer and Art Director spanning three decades, Tony in recent years has turned his creative attention to focus on producing emotive artworks that invite the viewer to stop for a moment and take a second glance.

“The more the world around me accelerates the more I feel the need to slow down. Through my work I have discovered a place where time almost stands still and images keep moving.  The process is pretty simple, I do what a lot of folks would call day-dreaming – If you have ever lain on the grass and enjoyed watching the clouds make pictures in the sky, that’s pretty much how I see the world and what I hope to capture and share in my work - some time out.”
